Linda Miller
President & Co-Founder
Linda is a national authority on integrity and fraud prevention, having worked in both public and private sectors. She is the CEO of Audient Group, and served in leadership roles at the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee and the Government Accountability Office.

Gavin Ugale
Executive Director & Co-Founder
Gavin has 20 years of experience working in and with governments to promote integrity, accountability, and transparency, including leadership roles with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and the Government Accountability Office.

Matthew Harris
Director of AI & Innovation
Matthew is a seasoned leader in data science and artificial intelligence, with over 20 years of experience spanning software development, product management, and advanced data-driven strategies.

Isabel Band
Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives and Operations
Isabel is a collaborative project and people leader with 14+ years of experience across policy, research, consulting, and stakeholder management. At PIA she leads key projects that advance our work on legislative reforms and organizational priorities.

She previously served as Executive Director of the Bloomberg Center for Government Excellence at Johns Hopkins University and as Deputy Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Jetson Leder-Luis is a leading scholar on the economics of fraud and anti-fraud policies in the US, with a focus on federal health programs. He is an assistant professor at Boston University and a faculty research fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER).

David Mader is a prominent expert in organizational performance, program integrity and enterprise risk management. He has served in executive positions in both the federal government and the private sector and most recently for a non-profit.
